Bridge connection in BGA repair process

Hot Air repair workstation, mainly designed for BGA rework and repair. The so-called workstation, is the integration of different kinds of repair tools, more convenient to use. But the core function of the heat gun is to heat the removed or welded components through the air nozzle. The hot air generating device is similar to the hair dryer, but the working temperature is higher, and the "temperature-time" setting can be carried out according to the process needs.

In addition, the heating of the repair workstation is unidirectional and local heating, which is different from the omnidirectional heating of the ordinary reflow welding furnace. It is easy to lead to greater deformation of the BGA in the repair, which is the most common cause of poor BGA repair.
